We will assist you in surveying whether your property is suitable for Airbnb or not. If so, we will complete a thorough market research to determine what nightly price would be the most optimal for your property and what occupancy rate could be achieved.

Cleaning

A complete and thorough clean (including replenishment, linen & towel change) will take place before any guest arrival. Your property should and will present at it's very best and under no circumstances we negotiate on our 5-star cleanliness standards. 

Marketing

Would your property best suit the needs of a solo traveler? A business traveler, a couple, a large group or a family? Your listing will be prepared showcasing your property in it's very best light with professional photos and targeted, engaging advert wording. 

Replenishment

After every stay, amenities such as cooking essential (oil, salt and pepper), personal hygiene essentials (soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner), tissue, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, etc. will be replenished.

Bookings

Prompt interaction is a key factor in this business. Turning an inquiry into a fully paid booking requires readiness, the ability to clearly communicate and flexibility.

This service will be top priority with quick and engaging responses every time.

Consultation

Within 48 hours after a personal property inspection, you will be provided with a written step-by-step action list so that you know how your property should present and what exactly needs to be done and provided in order to become a successful Airbnb host.

Maintenance issues will be addressed and managed as they arise. Communication with property owners, seek of approval to proceed and a current database of licensed and qualified companies and trades people to choose from will make this process go smoothly. 

Photography

Professional photography, high quality photos and digital floor plan are essentials in making your listing stand out. The better the photos are, the more attention; more views and bookings your property gets. At an extra charge, we can arrange photography for you.

Undivided Service

We will not only assist you in the creation of a safe and enjoyable environment, furthermore we can arrange early check-in and/or late check-out, airport pickup, various transfers, trips & tour bookings and even car hiring for our guests.

Hots in Cairns Kick-start Consultation -- from $299

A complete do-it-yourself consultation and assistance in preparing your property, creating your profile, managing your listing and hosting basics. 

An appraisal and thorough market research will also be conducted in order to optimally set the nightly price in order to maximize occupancy & returns.

By combining professional photography (at extra cost), engaging advert wording and Superhost services, your listing will stand out and your bookings will start coming in. We will show you how to manage bookings, availability and pricing, giving everything in your hand to turn your property into a truly successful holiday home.

Host in Cairns Airbnb Solution -- 20% of the payout figure

 

Through our Airbnb Solution program all hosting related tasks will be taken off your shoulders whilst you retain full control over your property. 

Appraisal, market monitoring, property preparation (extra fees may apply for makeover, shopping and setting up), consultation, Airbnb profile creation, property listing and listing management including owner availability and seasonal pricing, property maintenance, all aspects of communication and guest interaction, cleaning & replenishment services are all included.  

We recommend this option to property owners looking for significant increase in rental returns with an average occupancy rate of 50-75%. 

Our commission is 20% of the Airbnb payout figure(s) excluding cleaning fee.

Multiple Platform Listing -- 30% of the payout figures

By choosing our Multiple Platform Listing option, your listing and your rental income will be leveraged to the absolute maximum! 

Your property will be listed and will be professionally managed on the 3 major holiday home portals: Airbnb, Booking.com and TripAdvisor.

This powerful listing combination not only provides our partners with exceptional returns but it is also designed to attain near full occupancy.

Owner availability might be limited as we are securing long-term future bookings as well. With this listing option, a 75%+ occupancy rate is expected.

Our commission on this service is 30% of the individual payout figures (or combined payout figure), excluding cleaning fee.
